Who are Monks Training Services Ltd?
As the “Data Controller” we are committed to protecting any personal data shared with us. At Monks Training Services Ltd we value your privacy and want to be clear about the data we collect and how we use it.
We have made some changes to our Data Protection Policy in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which comes into effect on May 25th.2018.
How and what Data will we collect?
When you, or your employer, engage with our staff directly, or communicate with us via media platforms, we will aim to only collect information which is necessary and relevant, in order to provide the best service and advice to you. How we will use this information: MTS will only process data that is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and we will not hold your personal information for longer than necessary.
How do we share this information?
We will never sell your information to other businesses or any third parties, but we do work closely with other organisations and Awarding Bodies and need to share your information with them in order to provide and result Training and Vocational Qualifications.
Your Rights: As the ‘Data Subject’ you have the right to:
- Be informed of what data we hold in relation to you personally
- To access your data
- To have your data corrected or updated
- Erasure of your data (or restrict its use) unless this conflicts with any legal obligations
- To have your data transferred in a structured data file
